Graphical position of cities

Since city roads start from province road, a city can be 9 MPs (instead of 13 MPs) away from the nearest province.

Each province now has a maximum of 12 cities.

Upon newplayering, you can now choose on which road you wish to build your city.

To found a city, you now need to explicitly move your settlers to one of the city positions.

1 new spell available per allegiance and per race (3 for the dwarves)

Enhanced battle reports: If your navigator supports SVG, the battle log will now contain a graphical representation of the position of each units at the end of each round.

When the initiative of an order is not set, at the beginning of a battle, the initiative will be set to the best initiative possible among the units with the same order.

Mortar unit now also needs the Gunpowder Hall to be trained.

Attack commands can now be added to an army order queue.

A city order queue can now be automatically executed when a city is founded (via the usual page or the 'efound' command)

City taxes can now be set from an order queue. Setting tax for multiple cities is now available via the 'etax' command.

The supply gained when the taxes are low is now shown with the city details
